The truly specatcular natural beauty of Villa Wind Chime unfolds as you approach the south view of this classic estate. The Main House sundeck provides long hours of sun, and amazing natural views. A separate pool balcony to the right provides more Caribbean views and very private relaxation.

The setting, design and furnishings of this 3 airconditioned bedroom villa (king, full, 2 twins) rate it as one of St John’s most appealing and fascinating homes. Wind Chime presents a spacious floor plan with lovely designer furnishings, a large (24' x 20') pool and two sun decks, a 4 person Jacuzzi, breath-taking views, undisturbed peace and quiet, and clothing optional privacy.

The master bedroom (king) is located in a private cabana and includes a love seat and upholstered chair, cable TV/VCR, phone, ceiling fans, a private deck with table for 2 and a tiled bath with garden shower. Spiral stairs lead to a tiled rooftop deck with a table for 2 and romantic views.

The guest bedrooms are located in the Great House and each includes upholstered furniture and an amoire, TV/VCR, stereo/cassette/CD, telephone and a tiled bath and shower. Each bedroom is fully screened and opens to a garden patio or gazebo for private dining.

The guest bedroom in the Main house, with two fulls and private bath, also enjoys a Caribbean view. The third bedroom, with a queen bed, has a tropical garden setting and view, accessing the front courtyard.



The elegant living room is both spacious and refined, with tiled floors, a cypress cathedral ceiling, a tiled fireplace, ceiling fans and wicker furniture and matching accessories. Entertainment is provided by a 32" cable color TV and VCR and a surround sound stereo/cassette/CD system.

The kitchen is superb, well equipped and very functional. It includes tiled counters, a gas 4 burner stove and oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Krupps expresso machine, coffee grinder, blender, toaster, toaster oven and a fax/phone. A tiled bar counter seats 4 in wicker bar chairs. A washer/dryer is located off the kitchen.

This is a unique setting in an exceptionally private and pristine location at the top of Gift Hill, about a 10 minute drive from Cruz Bay. The spectacular primary views look east and north and include the National Park, Reef Bay, Ram's Head and the Caribbean Sea. The intensity of the stars in the evening sky, from the pool or jacuzzi, is awe-inspiring.
