Villa Skyway is perched 800 ft above sea level with commanding unobstructed
180 degree views over several islands and cays. Villa Skyway consists of five bedrooms and five
full bathrooms. Skyway offers both inside and
outside dining for ten. Skyway also has the added bonus of a one bedroom,
lower level apartment complete with it's own kitchen, deck areas and parking
area.
Skyway: has almost 4,000 square feet of living space along with 2000 square
feet of tiled patio and 1000 square feet of shaded patio. So whether you
enjoy basking in the sunshine next to the pool or relaxing in the shade
where the Caribbean breezes whisk your troubles away, there is a place for
you.
One of the appeals of Skyway is its minimal stairs. Except for the
lower apartment and one of the queen pod bedrooms, the living areas, the
other three bedrooms, and bathrooms are all on the same level. The pool, hot
tub and parking areas are only two or three steps up or down from the main
level.
Skyway's 13x24' fresh water pool is the center of everything. With the
outdoor cooking and eating area nearby, the living areas adjacent and the
bedrooms just steps away, the enjoyment of sharing time with friends and
family is maximized. The covered Pergola is the perfect place for everyone in your group to
relax and unwind or come together for cocktails and toast the evening
sunset.
The five bedrooms all have queen sized beds, each has its
own bathroom. All the rooms are simply and gracefully furnished with
imported Plantation style mahogany furniture.
The queen size, first floor, master bedroom suite includes a separate shower
room from the commode, bidet and sink area, private deck and views of
the pool area and wonderful sunsets.
Skyway is located center island just up from Cruz Bay making it a convenient
drive to dining, shopping and the north shore beaches.
