Just 1.5 miles from downtown Cruz Bay, you are close to downtown restaurants and shopping convenience, yet far enough for the fantasy getaway of a lifetime.
With ocean sounds and views from every room, you will be mesmerized by the changing colors from sunrise to sunset. All your senses will be awakened with the sights, sounds, and smells of this romantic setting. Cool tropical breezes, flowering hibiscus, orchids, bananas, palms, and unique native birds are all awaiting your visit to Sanctuary.
This sensual home captures the essence of the Caribbean. Sanctuary features four bedrooms, three and a half baths, a large gourmet kitchen, swimming pool, spa, and expansive decks to lounge and sun. A Zen water fountain spills over a native stone wall into the pool. A large covered veranda provides an outdoor dining experience you will never forget.
The Great Room provides an incredible view of the entire bay through a wall of sliding glass doors that open onto the 55-foot long covered veranda on the water. The stunning 20 foot long designer kitchen features a huge island with built-in cook surface and bar seating for four, custom teak cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel refrigerator, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the appliances, dinnerware, cookware, and utensils needed. A laundry room with washer and dryer is just off the kitchen.
The Great Room is also home to the entertainment center, which features 5.1 home theater surround speakers, a large TV/monitor with cable, VCR and DVD, and CD player. Outdoor speakers are hidden on the pool deck.
An extensive library of books, games, music and movies are provided, as well as a notebook computer with
wireless DSL Internet access.
All four bedrooms are air conditioned, and feature King sized beds, attached baths, cordless phones, and covered decks on the water. One of the bedrooms is in the separate and very private pool deck suite with its own entertainment center, extending the romance of villa living.
The two lower-level bedrooms are decorated in the colors of the Caribbean, and share a full bath and shady private patio. They feature king size beds, although one can be made up with two twin beds if preferred. One also features a wet bar and mini-refrigerator.
