Villa Promises Kept is a brand new beautiful custom - luxury 4 bedroom 4.5 bath villa. Located in Point Rendezvous 400 ft. above the ocean with expansive, panoramic views of Fish Bay, the South Shore of St. John and out to sea. This beautifully landscaped villa faces east for magnificent sunrises and cool breezy afternoons. The main house consists of
3200 Sq. ft of interior space and 1800 sq. ft of covered verandas. Three
levels, four bedrooms, and four and a half bathrooms, which are all
accessible under one roof. |

An interior staircase was designed to allow you to get from the main house to all four of the bedrooms without going outside. This feature is great for families traveling with children. The main level is made up of a large gourmet kitchen, living room with 32 in. plasma T.V. and DVD Player, and dining room. |

This fully air-conditioned Villa offers four King-bedroom suites, which all have their own bathroom, personal deck, 32 in. plasma T.V. and a gorgeous ocean and mountain view. The main level is made up of a large gourmet kitchen, living room with 32 in. plasma T.V. and DVD Player, and dining room. An additional half bath, is located on the main level of the house for your convenience. We have also included laundry rooms on two levels of the house to make it easier and more accessible for you. On the lower level along with two king bedroom suites there is a family room with a queen-size sleeper sofa and 52" plasma TV/DVD Player and home entertainment System. |

Two levels of the house have covered verandas, so when a simple rainstorm passes you by, you can sit outside and not get wet! With spacious decks, a magnificent infinity edge pool and plenty of room for sunbathing you can spend the entire day by the pool. Just sit back and relax and enjoy some sun and the breathtaking and endless views.
