All of our villas are “non smoking” Rates, Reservations, Payment and Cancellation Policy High Season: Dec 19 – 2007 to April 14, 2008 Low Season: April 15, 2008 to Dec. 18, 2008 Rates are based on a seven night Stay, and depend upon the number of guests and/or number of bedrooms used. Holiday Rates vary; please call for specific weeks 8% Prevailing USCI hotel tax not included in rates and will be added at the time payment is made Payment Options We accept personal checks, money orders, travelers checks and cash. Sorry, we don’t accept credit cards as a payment option for villa rentals; we do for boat charters, rental vehicles and other activities and services. Deposits and Final Payments A 50% deposit within 7- 9 days is required to secure your reservation. The balance, plus a security deposit (if applicable), is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept payment in the form of a check, made payable to the home owner (provided to you upon booking). The Virgin Islands also has a hotel tax of 8%, and some villas require a $50 non-refundable damage deposit. Cancellations No
deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained.
Should you have to cancel for any reason, and a replacement rental
is obtained, your deposit will be refunded less a 10% handling fee.
