Payment
and Cancellation Policy A
50% deposit within 7 days is required to secure your reservation.
The balance, plus a security deposit (if applicable), is due 60 days
prior to arrival. We accept payment in the form of a check made payable
to the home owner. There is a hotel tax of 8%, and some villas require
a $50
non-refundable damage deposit. Cancellation No deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained. Should you have to cancel for any reason, and a replacement rental is obtained, your deposit will be refunded less a 10% fee. We suggest purchasing trip insurance.
